Transitional Objects 2000

This series of work examines the notion of the transitional object; a psychological phenomenon which facilitates a person’s movement from one state of being to another. These pieces subvert the history of the domestic icon and use it as a vehicle to acknowledge a transition from a state of constructed illusion to that of realistic suffrage.
